The Trend Arlington Community Association (TACA) is hosting a community meeting to have a public discussion and seek input from community members on the proposed OCDSB school closures which will affect several schools in our neighbourhood, including the proposed closure of Greenbank Middle School.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday October 25th at 7:00pm, at the TACA Community Building, located at 50 Bellman. This meeting will be to prepare our community for the separate Public Meeting being hosted by the OCDSB on Thursday October 27th at 7:00pm, at Sir Robert Borden High School. All members of the Trend Arlington community are welcome to the October 25th TACA meeting. This includes parents of school-age children, students, and community members who don't or no longer have children in the school system. The proposed school closures will have a significant impact on our community as a whole, and we wish to get widespread feedback and discussion on these important matters.
There is no need to RSVP, and we hope to see you there.
