Trend-Arlington Tennis Club

The Trend-Arlington Tennis Club runs the tennis courts in Trend-Arlington Park at 50 Bellman Drive, just off of Greenbank Rd., north of Hunt Club Rd. The Trend-Arlington Tennis Club operates from April to October every year. Tuesday nights are Members' Nights at the Club, featuring mixed doubles games.

During the summer, the Professional Tennis Institute, through the Trend Arlington Tennis Club and the City, operate youth tennis programs. Duffer Doo

 

One of the City's preschool Duffer Doo Programs is held at the Trend-Arlington Community Centre on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Normally three sessions are held each year in the fall, winter and spring. The program is designed with stimulating themes and lots of play. Crafts, songs, games, along with water and sand activities happen each week for ages ranging from 2 to 5 years. Registered participants and parents can visit Duffer Doo at the Trend-Arlington Community Centre to meet the staff and get acquainted.

TACA Scrapbookers

The TACA Scrapbookers is a local group who gets together once a month (normally the second Saturday of every month) at the Trend Arlington Community Center to socialize and work on their scrapbooks there is a nominal fee (approximately $10 per year) to join in this monthly activity.
