Tiffany Wallace
Tiffany became aware of the habitual and unconscious muscle tensing that we store in different areas of our bodies. Moment by moment, we may habitually tense these muscles without knowing. Tiffany invites you to use playful and intuitive movement as we flow through sequences that relax shoulders and open hips. By noticing what is naturally happening within our bodies, we can start to bring awareness to the areas in which we store our emotions, and as a result bringing more mobility and ease into the entire body. It wasn't until Tiffany learned to truly let go by becoming a student of yoga and therapy where she was able to notice significant relief. Tiffany hopes to create a space where you can relax your shoulders and hips, and open your heart.
