Your rental includes access to: the kitchen, plastic tables and chairs, public washrooms and free parking. The building has a maximum capacity of 100 people.
All renters must:
1) Provide full payment via e-transfer to treasurer@trendarlington.ca BEFORE your rental/event (this includes payment of the $200 cheque for the damage deposit).
2) Email alcohol permit, if applicable, to building@trendarlington.ca, before the rental/event.
3) Meet with TACA Representative for site visit prior to event to tour the facility and sign the rental agreement.
4) If you decorate the room, do not use tape on the walls. Please use white Instant Tack instead.
5) Clean up after the event and ensure the following is done:
- Wipe down all chairs & tables and return them to the storage room (there are pictures on the wall to show you how they should be put away)
- Remove all decorations
- Sweep and mop floors
- Do NOT leave garbage at the community centre - take it home with you (we are not responsible for garbage disposal at private events)
6) Secure the building before exiting and return the keys.
7) The $200 damage deposit cheque will only be refunded upon confirmation of the state of cleanliness of the TACA Building and return of the keys.
8) All events must be supervised by an adult (21 years of age or older) who is named in the agreement.
