✔️ 40-45 minutes of strength & conditioning exercises tailored for all levels
✔️ 15-20 minutes of guided stretching for recovery & mobility

About Sam Greene:
Sam is a national-level athlete with nearly 20 years of experience competing with Canada’s Ultimate Team. She has been a fitness instructor for the past two years, leading strength and conditioning classes at Iron North. A proud member of the Trend Arlington community, Sam is passionate about helping women gain confidence through movement and exercise.
