Summer is almost here, and that means Shakespare-in-the-Park season is right around the corner! a Company of Fools' absolutely killer team is ready to bring you a Hamlet that’s bigger and better than ever. There will be PUPPETS, there will be SWORDFIGHTS, and there might even be a SCARY GHOST !? All we’re missing now … is you!

The performance takes place in the park behind the tennis courts. Walking is encouraged, but parking is available at the community centre or Knoxdale Public School parking lot.

Bring a lawn chair, some mosquito spray, and a donation of $20 per family/household. TACA will also be selling concessions, so bring some extra cash for treats!

About the Show
Returning home to attend her father’s funeral, Hamlet discovers that another ceremony has already taken place: the marriage of her mother to her uncle. That’s right, her dead father’s brother. When Hamlet is visited by her father’s ghost demanding that she avenge his murder, Hamlet begins to wonder – is it she who has gone mad or everyone around her?

Join the Fools this summer as we delve into the depths of the human experience and have a few laughs along the way. Whether you’re a Shakespeare nerd or this is your first foray with the Bard since high school, our Foolish take on Hamlet has something for everyone.
